Our HNE Medicare Advantage Specialists* will provide information on plan options, eligibility, premiums, benefits, cost-sharing, and our provider network. We will answer your questions and help you choose what plan option may be right for you.
Can't attend one of our informational sessions, then feel free to visit HNE's office
*A licensed sales representative will be present with information and applications for our HMO and HMO-POS Medicare Advantage plans. For accommodation of persons with special needs at sales meetings, call Member Services at one of the numbers below.
