You can come in to our office to meet with an HNE Medicare Advantage Specialist*. We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for walk-ins.
Please bring a list of any prescriptions you are currently taking, and any doctors you are currently seeing. We look forward to helping you choose an HNE Medicare Advantage plan.

Traveling from the East
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 6. Turn left after toll onto Route 291. Leave Rt. 291 at Exit 2B (Dwight Street). Turn left onto Dwight Street. Proceed for a half mile to Harrison Avenue. (The Civic Center garage will be on the corner.) Turn right, go through the next stoplight. Monarch Place will be on your left. Take a right at the light and park in Tower Square (Marriott Hotel.)
Traveling from the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) East to West Springfield/Holyoke (Exit 4). Take I-91 South to Springfield Center (Exit 7). At the end of the exit ramp, take a left at the traffic lights. Take a left at the next traffic light and park in Tower Square (Marriott Hotel) to your immediate right.
Traveling from the South
Take I-91 North to Springfield Center (Exit 4). Bear right onto Columbus Avenue. Continuing on Columbus Avenue, go straight through 2 sets of traffic lights (you will pass through construction at the State Street intersection). Proceed to the Tower Square (Marriott Hotel) parking garage. The ramp is on your right after the 3rd set of lights.
Traveling from the North
Take I-91 South to Springfield Center (Exit 7). At the end of the exit ramp, take a left at the traffic light. Take a left at the next traffic light and park in Tower Square (Marriott Hotel) to your immediate right.
Walking Directions Once Parked In Tower Square
Take the airwalk from the 2nd floor of the Tower Square building (near the food court) to the 2nd floor of the Monarch building. Continue past a coffee shop and make a left near the dry cleaners into the elevator lobby. There are two banks of elevators serving different floors. Take any of the four elevators farthest from the glass doors. These elevators go up to the 15th floor. |
