Provider Contracting Manager:
Position Summary:
Provider Contracting Manager is responsible for leading or assisting with network development activities including: preparing contract proposals, drafting and negotiating contract terms, contract implementation and maintenance. Manager is responsible for designated provider types which may include hospitals, physicians, physician groups, PHO's or ancillary providers. Serves as a key contact to providers and their leadership for resolution of contractual, operational and financial issues. Coordinates with internal departments to facilitate ongoing service and support for contracted providers. Staff management and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field, plus 5-7 years of experience in the health care industry (at least 3 years in managed care contracting), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use financial targets and evaluate financial impact of changes in payment terms.

Senior Applications Developer
Position Summary:
As part of the IT Production Support Team, this position is responsible for developing custom applications as well as leveraging third party applications to meet the needs of the customers/users of the Amisys and other ancillary systems. For Department-specific and company-wide projects, assist in project management by identifying issues and recommending solutions and communicating the status of the project in a timely fashion. The nature of the work will include performing systems analysis, detailed design, programming, testing and training in the implementation of departmental and interdepartmental applications. Individuals will participate in a post-implementation support role including troubleshooting and enhancing installed applications. These tasks should be completed without supervision but will include manager checkpoints for relevant milestones.
Qualifications:

Associate Medical Director
Position Summary:
The Associate Medical Director will have responsibility for utilization management and quality improvement for the delivery system. Other responsibilities include working with physicians to improve performance and utilization. The Associate Medical Director also participates in physician recruitment, peer activity, credentialing, clinical advisory healthcare teams, and utilization review.
