HNEDirect allows providers to view PCP Rosters electronically, for their own patients or for anyone in their practice group. Therefore, beginning September 15, 2005, HNE will no longer mail the paper copy of the PCP Roster to practices.
To view a PCP Roster at HNEDirect:
- Click on General Search from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
- When the General Search screen comes up, click Eligibility and Member Name
- In the Provider drop down field, choose a specific provider whose roster you want to view and click Submit.
The value of using HNEDirect is that the information is updated daily, whereas paper rosters tend to become outdated relatively quickly.
HNE will provide a paper copy of the PCP Roster on an "as requested" basis – in other words, you will need to contact us each time you would like an update.
