Health New England is pleased to announce the following new service improvement that is effective as of 10/1/2006.

You may now “phone” in Prior-Authorization requests as an alternative to faxing.

Dedicated call in number for HNE providers on behalf of HNE members.

Please make sure to have all the necessary information, including the patient’s medical record, available when you call.
