Quality Management

At HNE, we're committed to making sure that you get the best possible care and service. So how do we do that? There are a lot of different ways - and they all fall under our Quality Management Program. Each year, HNE develops a Quality Management Work Plan that lists the activities that we do. Here are some of the other things we do to meet the goals of our program:

  • Commitment to Our Members: This report, published annually, outlines our clinical and member service quality improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance Program: At HNE, we require all employees, temporary employees, volunteers, and agents of HNE and its subsidiaries, to live up to to the highest ethical standards. This program outlines how we do that.
